Located in downtown Port Perry, Palmer Park features a sandy beach called Kinsmen Beach, a playground, plenty of grassy area for a picnic or game of frisbee, and free parking. Also interesting about this park is that it honours Daniel David Palmer, the founder/discoverer of chiropractic.

Kinsmen Beach is located on Forestry Road in Red Lake. It is a south shore beach and therefore is nice and sunny. Kinsmen beach has two access points, both with plenty or room for parking. There is playground equipment and a picnic table.
