There are only two airworthy planes left of this model in the world, the Warplane Museum has what famous plane still in the air?
Lockhead CF-104 Starfighter Avro Arrow Avro Lancaster Fairey FireflySuper interactive museum. You can sit in planes, do simulators, walk around the planes, and even pay to have a ride in a variety of planes! One day I'll do the Lancaster!
The first time I visited was with Girl Guides and we slept in the hanger. I remember being so excited to see all the planes and learn. I've been to their airshow a couple of times and it really is amazing to see the planes flying over.
I can't count how many times I have been to this museum! It is interactive and allows you to really see what life was like during WWI and WWII. You get to sit in some of the airplanes and see people work on them. The staff is the best, and the annual airshow cannot be missed! If you have an extra $2000 you can even commission the Avro Lancaster to fly over Niagara Falls! If you want to learn about aviation this place is where you want to be. 10/10.
