    guestBook Guestbook/ reanncee/ Feb 28, 2015 Theatre of Memories

I always pass by the Eglinton Theatre on my way home from school, admiring the 1920-esque architecture and atmosphere it always gives off. Even though I have never been inside this establishment, it still holds many memories whenever I look at it. This theatre was a meeting place for my friends and I when we started high school. It was the place where I took shelter when I get caught in the rain, a little piece of shade during those hot days in May, and where I said good-bye to my friends on our last day of grade twelve. To the average person, the Eglinton Theatre may just be an old brick building that was built so long ago, but to me it brings back the nostalgic feeling of high school. I guess you would call it a theatre of memories.
