Other than City Hall, the Living Arts Center is definitely a place fit for some quiet relaxation time. With couches on every level, you're bond to find a spot where you can snooze for a little bit after school. If you aren't about sleeping after school, this is also a great spot to get some studying and homework done as there's also free WIFI. This is also quite a popular spot for dance crews from across the city to use as practice space.
