Built in 1959, Margaret Addison Hall is a co-ed residence for both first-year and upper-year students in double and single rooms. Past renovations include new carpeting and lighting in common areas, bedroom refurnishing, and upgrades to the music practice rooms and study areas found on the lower level. Kitchenettes and co-ed washrooms are available for use on each floor. Cable television is provided in each of the six common rooms.
