The Pemberton and District Museum and Archives Society (in partnership with the Village of Pemberton) has a collection of artifacts and permanent exhibitions on a one acre site in downtown Pemberton. There are 5 historic buildings and two modern facilities. Pemberton was on the route of the Gold Rush. In 1858, 30,000 Gold Rushers passed through Pemberton Valley. Come for a visit and learn about those who came before us in Pemberton and District. We offer tour guides and group activities. We’re celebrating Canada’s 150th in 2017. Open 10am-5pm, May to Nov, some seasonal closures. Check website for more info.
