My grandma and I happened upon this lake one afternoon while taking a drive through the Crowsnest Pass and were not disappointed. It is hidden away in a little valley so it is very peaceful and calm. There were families playing in the sandy beach along the one side and people fishing along the other. Great place to spend a day or two.

There are many places to have campfires down in Indian Battle Park. This was our favourite spot to come down to on a quiet summer evening to enjoy the outdoors and roast a few marshmallows after going for a walk. It is always fun to be down there when a train is going across the bridge!
