    Hart House
guestBook Guestbook Hart House has my Heart!

After 4 years of being a UofT student, I can proudly say this place has been my sanctuary. First off, the gym has all the facilities you could ask for and more! There are various free drop-in sessions for all fitness levels, such as Zumba classes to Street Dance to Aqua-fit (did I mention they have a pool?). I'm guilty of attending a couple of these classes and have not regretted breaking a sweat. The only catch is, it is only open to current U of T students and Hart House Fitness Centre members.

Second, they have a quiet and spacious reading room and library on the second floor for when you need some alone or study time. Third, the food in the Arbor room is one of the best I've tried on campus and on top of that there are usually live performances that happen often during the later hours. I remember sitting in the Arbor room eating dinner with a friend while the jazz band played in the background and we found ourselves watching the UofT idol competition. You can never go wrong with a dinner and a show.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about Hart House, only that I'll miss being a student because I won't be able to go as often. The architecture of this building is beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming and there are tons events always happening!
