In this particular photo, you can see an abundance of people who are arranged accordingly to reveal a rainbow-like pattern overall. Specifically, these people are leaders of Ontario who have been selected by their high schools to gather at a Youth Leadership Camp of Canada in Orillia, Ontario. These people do not only know how to lead, but they know how to inspire others through mentoring their peers, family, and those willing to become future leaders. This photo clearly reveals how individuals from different areas can unite to create a beautiful "rainbow" by complementing each other through initiative, perseverance, and leadership. Each and every one of these people you see worked, planned, and had fun together to allow every person to have the same incredible experience as the other. Personally, I took part in this camp in May 2015, and I must say that it was the best experience of my life so far. I learned how to guide others by being an ideal role model for young individuals who attended the camp, which is truly an important aspect in leadership. I feel that not enough young adults are realizing their true potential as a person and how they are able to exploit this potential in order to make this world a better place overall. Ultimately, great leaders can result in greater success. Our world needs more willing leaders to guide others through this journey to positively change the shape of success for many generations to come.
