    In the summer of 2014, I became a Canadian Citizen. My mother and I headed down to TCU place, to go be among the other hundred people becoming citizens that day. I stood proud during the oath and Canadian National Anthem, and when they called my name up to get my certificate, I was very proud to be a Canadian finally.
