The Victoria Event Centre is a multi-purpose rental venue for other non-profits, arts groups & cultural communities (and everyone in between) to use for their events/shows/celebrations/cultural gatherings. We are passionate about doing our part in making Victoria, British Columbia a vibrant and culturally diverse City to live in. The VEC provides an extremely accommodating, flexible and professional service to a wide variety of individuals, groups and organizations. The VEC is a community centre, an arts and culture hub, a cabaret theatre and many things to many people.

    I've been to quite a few events at this location and I have to say it's one of Victoria's finest nightlife. The live Art Battles are always high energy and inspiring, and the Garden City Soul Nights have the best dancing in the city. There's definitely an event for everyone at this place!

    This photo shows my schools volunteer group, Claremont Key Club, making snowflakes with the seniors at the local home called Selkirk Place. The home has gorgeous views of the nearby water and is home to many extraordinary seniors who just need a little extra help. I believe this photo shows how kind and caring we are as Canadians, I feel like the stereotype of Canadians being extraordinarily polite is one we both fulfil and embrace. Being Canadian is being kind, caring and proud, and I feel like this is not only my identity, nor our identity, but our way of life.
