Windsor Park Library was opened in 1961 as a branch of the St. Boniface Library system to serve the newly created subdivision of Windsor Park. The 6,658 sq. ft. branch's catchment area has grown substantially since, requiring a new facility slated to be built in 2016-2017 at 1201 Archibald Street, adjacent to the Bonivital Pool.
