Parade Square at Fort Henry - History coming to life. Guestbook Feb 16, 2015Fort Henry is a monument in Kingston that everyone knows. The home to many soldiers and the site of thousands of hours training and defending Canada. Kingston was once the proud capital of Canada. Fort Henry stands as a reminder and connection to the past and the history of what is now our great home and land. You ask anyone about something in Kingston and usually the first thing they think of is the fort that sit atop the hill on the base (CFB Kingston) that over looks the vast waters of Lake Ontario.

The Riot Guestbook Feb 16, 2015The most interesting story I have heard is the story of the KP riot. The story gave me chills and even as we walked through KP on tour after it was shut down I could still feel the heaviness and the chills in the air.

The Student Guestbook Feb 16, 2015KGH will always hold a special pace in my heart. This is where I did many of my placements as a nursing student. I will never forget the hundreds of hours put in to research and patient care. I will also never forget many of my patients that I had as a student many I saw on the worst days of their lives and at the same time they were able to teach me so many lessons that I needed to learn to become a nurse and a better human. Many were able to keep me on my toes and put a smile on my face as I did for them.
