Every time my mom visits me in Charlottetown, PEI, a highlight of her visit is going to the Confederation Centre's Humburg Theatre where we take in a live show.
We recently took my kids to see Cinderella-A Fairly Tall Tale and it was superb. We all loved it and laughed and laughed. Nothing beats real actors singing and dancing right in front of you.

Guestbook 5 Decades Exhibition at the Confederation Centre Art Gallery

In honour of Prince Edward Island celebrating it's title as Birthplace of Canada's Confederacy in 1864, the Art Gallery's director Kevin Rice, put together an amazing exhibition from it's permanent collection of art.
Because Canada is such a young country, it is amazing to be able to see the history of art from the late 1800's to present time. People have been traveling to see this exhibition before the art goes back into the vaults. It really is a rare opportunity to see these works together in this way.
