    I enjoyed a restful day trip with my family, including watching glass ornaments being blown, visiting a Blockhouse museum, and witnessing a boat passing through the locks. The shops were all very original and interesting.

    I did not previously know that the bridge had such a wide pedestrian section to cross the bridge by foot, and was very pleased to see the amount of cyclists and walking pedestrians. I was there on a lovely day, and the beautiful view of the water, trees, and Parliament reminded me why I'm proud to be Canadian.
