There is so much to explore and learn that many visits to the museum is needed to see and understand everything. There are great hands on exhibits for kids and even camps in the summer. I can't wait to go again.

Banff Park Museum National Historic Site

Guestbook Not great if you don't want to see dead animals

The Banff Park museum is interesting. I can't imagine that anyone would collect the dead animals anymore but this collection must have been interesting for anyone in animal sciences when it was created. It also helps those who are new to the national parks to see all the different animals that are in the park.
