Many of my family are buried here. It reminds me of the family I never had the pleasure of meeting. I found my great grandfathers name in one of their books. Walking about the church during Toronto's "doors open" week I had a chance to really explore the church and try to imagine my family worshiping here

The best swimming here is to the east side of the park. Lots of sandy beach. I have seen ducks, geese, swans, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks and sometimes rabbits

In recent years the City of Toronto has begun to build marshland and eco sites throughout the park to bring back natural animal, bird and plant life

Many lovely gardens and I spotted baby owls! Had a nice walk where I met a man taking pictures of the owls. It was very relaxing and it was fun watching the owls
