Lake Louise is a beautiful lake recognized as part of Banff National Park in Alberta. This lake, known for its sparkling, crystal-clear waters, is fed by a series of glacier mountains located right above it. During the summer, visitors are invited to hike the nearby trails and take in the scenery or jump on in and enjoy the water. In winter months, an ice festival of sorts takes place and the lake transforms into a skating rink! On a trip to Alberta, our family marvelled, not only in the beauty of the landscape, but in the amazing ice sculptures and ice structures or castles that had been built.
